TERMS OF SERVICE

• Service — SaaS platform with an accessibility widget to support WCAG 2.1 compliance and ongoing monitoring.
• User — any person or entity creating an account and/or using the Service.
• Subscription — monthly fee for access to the Service features.

• We provide a widget for installation and WCAG compliance monitoring.
• The Service is provided as SaaS.
• Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and these Terms (checkbox) is required during registration.

• Creating an account requires providing data and accepting the documents.
• The User must keep credentials secure.
• Account deletion is performed upon email request to support@barrierfreesite.com.

• Monthly subscription; 14‑day trial.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Upon cancellation, no further fees are charged (the current billing period remains active unless stated otherwise).
• Invoices are issued by Netkodo and made available electronically.

• Subscription may be cancelled at any time with effect for the future; no refunds for started periods unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
• Complaints: support@barrierfreesite.com (problem description, account details, evidence). We will respond within a reasonable time.
• Statutory consumer rights—if applicable—remain unaffected.

Prohibited: unlawful content or activity, security/privacy violations, reverse engineering beyond mandatory law, excessive load, IP infringement.

We use reasonable efforts to ensure availability; maintenance or outages may occur. We will notify of significant outages in advance where feasible.

Netkodo owns all IP rights to the Service and widget. Users receive a non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable license during an active subscription. Copying, modification, resale, and sublicensing beyond the license are prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect/special damages, loss of profits, or data loss, and for effects of changes in accessibility rules. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The User is responsible for their site’s compliance and for integration beyond our instructions.

Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Polish law. Disputes shall be submitted to courts competent for Netkodo’s seat, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
